Springfest 2025 Vendor Registration

Registration

  • * Spaces measure approximately 10ft x 10ft

    * Electricity or water not provided; generators are permitted.

    * Vendors must provide their own tables and canopy tent; picnic tables are not permitted to be used by Vendors.

    * Canopy tents must be weighed down; tent stakes/spikes not permitted.

    * Vendors must arrive and be set up by 10:30am or they will be turned away (earliest arrival time is 9am)

    * Vendors are REQUIRED to stay set up until 5pm.

    * If you sell out of your products you may put some things away but you are required remain open and be available to talk with the visitors.

    * SpringFest will only end early or cancel due to inclement weather; if cancelled in advance, Vendors will be contacted via email.

    “Hawking” is not permitted (defined as “To peddle goods aggressively, especially by calling out”).

    * Climbing, damaging, tying, or hanging anything from structures or trees is prohibited. Both vendors and visitors are expected to protect and preserve park resources and wildlife.

    * Balloons, glitter, or confetti are not permitted.

    * Vendors must dispose of trash and recycle when applicable. NO TRASH SHOULD BE LEFT IN VENDOR SPACE.

  • Vendor Fee: $50 per space
  • Proceeds: Benefit The Friends of Jonathan Dickinson State Park, supporting park projects, maintenance, and events like this one!
  • Important: This event is rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued.

Event Description

Join The Friends of JDSP for a day of fun at 2025 SpringFest! We’re bringing together businesses and community members from Palm Beach and Martin counties to celebrate springtime and support our local community.

  • Location: Jonathan Dickinson State Park, Loxahatchee Pavilion, overlooking the beautiful Loxahatchee River.
  • Event Highlights: Live Music, Local Vendors, Trail Rides, Games, Guided Hikes, Food, and more!

This event is free to the public. Note: Standard park entrance fees apply.
